BUSINESS HOURS: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm PST Monday-Friday.

TERMS: New accounts are shipped C.O.D. Cash or Certified Check. C.O.D. company check and Net Terms may be established by submitting a complete Advanced Media Systems Credit Application for approval. Merchandise remains the property of Advanced Media Systems until receipt of payment.

RETURNED CHECKS: Checks returned from the bank will result in terms being changed to C.O.D. Cash or Certified Check. All orders pending will be held until the balance is cleared. The purchaser will be charged $15.00 or the total amount of the bank fees, whichever is greater.

LATE PAYMENTS: Late payments will result in pending orders being held until payment is received. Chronically late accounts will be changed to C.O.D. Any costs incurred by Advanced Media Systems, including, by not limited to, agency fees, attorney fees and court costs, will be charged to the purchaser. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (Annual Percentage Rate - 18%) will be charged on all past due invoices.

SHIPPING: Most orders are shipped within 48 hours unless otherwise requested. Back orders are maintained and shipped upon receipt by Advanced Media Systems of the merchandise. We make every effort to inventory all items in our catalog at all times. All orders are shipped via U.P.S. Ground, unless otherwise requested. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Chatsworth, CA (30 miles NW of LA). The customer is responsible for all freight charges, C.O.D. fees, insurance and handling charges.

REFUSED ORDERS: If the fault of Advanced Media Systems, orders will be reshipped at our expense. On all other refused orders there is a 10% restocking fee plus all freight charges, or a 10% reshipping fee plus additional freight charges.

DAMAGES & SHORTAGES: All shortages, invoice discrepancies, damaged or defective merchandise must be reported to Advanced Media Systems within 48 hours of receipt to receive credit. If the cartons are delivered damaged, opened or retaped, you MUST file a claim with the CARRIER at the time of the delivery. Save the original cartons and packaging for inspection by the carrier.

RETURNS: Any merchandise you receive that is damaged or defective will be replaced with a duplicate shipment upon receipt by Advanced Media Systems of the unsalable goods. Phone for a 'Call Tag' number and the defective merchandise will be picked up U.P.S. and shipped back to us at our expense. Before we can issue a 'Call Tag' we will need to know the following information: 1) quantity of cartons in the return shipment; 2) the weight of each carton in the return shipment. Overstock returns require a 'Return Authorization Number' issued by Advanced Media Systems. AMS will accept overstocked merchandise F.O.B. purchaser, returned in fully resalable condition within 6 months of its invoice date at a 10% restocking charge. The returned merchandise MUST be in the original packaging and free of all customer markings, labels and tags. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. AMS reserves the right to return to purchaser all unauthorized returns and returns of merchandise in unresalable condition at the purchaser's expense. Items discontinued by AMS are not returnable and no credit will be issued. Return authorization numbers expire 30 days after the issue date. Credit for the returned merchandise will be issued by AMS ten (10) working days after the end of the month of receipt by AMS. The total amount of overstock returns cannot exceed 2% of the purchases made within the previous twelve (12) months.
